Frank is responsible for the renewable energy program in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. He serves as co-chair of the Scaling up Renewable Energy Program of the Climate Investment Funds. Frank has over 25 years of experience in international cooperation in the field of renewable energy and climate change. He started as electrical engineer, became climate change consultant, coordinated an international NGO network for energy access was CEO of a manufacturer of solar panels.
