Senior Policy Analyst, U.S. Department of Energy
Caroline McGregor leads energy access work within the Office of International Climate & Clean Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy, as part of the Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) team. This work includes the Global Lighting and Energy Access Partnership (Global LEAP), which works to catalyze market delivery of energy access solutions in the developing world. She also leads the CEM’s women in clean energy initiative, called C3E. Her graduate degree is in public administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
