Technical Director of Fisheries and Value Chains, FIRA - Bank of Mexico
Ernesto is an electrical engineer and has been awarded a Master in Business Administration by Universidad Michoacana and a Master in Economics by Vanderbilt University.
He has collaborated with the Ministry of Finance of Mexico (SHCP) as a Deputy General Director; and in the Ministry of Agriculture (SAGARPA) as a Deputy Director of Rural Financing, Deputy Director of Risk Administration, Undersecretary of Agriculture and Competitiveness, and Undersecretary of Agribusiness Development.
At present, he is FIRA´s Technical Director of Fisheries and Value Chains.
