The GIZ/EnDev is a result oriented program financed by 7 donors and 26 countries to increase sustainable energy use. The program has supported over 15 Million African rural people with renewable energy. Stationed in Sierra Leone, Hartlieb is currently supporting national governments, the private sector, NGOs and international initiatives in Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea for energy system transformation. Previously, Hartlieb worked on renewable energy at GIZ, TBW, CDB, African Development Bank and UN assignments in Africa, South America, Asia and Europe.
