Program Manager Enabling Environment, GOGLA
Johanna has been working for GOGLA since 2013 and is the manager of the ‘Creating an Enabling Environment’ Program. The program aims to establish a conducive policy environment catalyzing market development in the off-grid lighting sector to enable access to clean, sustainable and economically viable lighting technology.
Prior to joining GOGLA, Johanna had been working for the GIZ where she was actively involved in the provision of advisory services to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation regarding ICT4D. She holds Bachelor degrees in Development Studies and Political Science, as well as a Master degree in Political Science from the University of Vienna.
