Mr. Fidel Garcia Granados

Mr. Granados is professor of graduate school at La Salle University and the Iberoamerican University. He is the author of various articles on environmental and urban issues, published in specialized academic journals. A counselor of a civil partnership aimed to improve the social housing in the state of Guanajuato. Before joining the municipal government of Leon, he was legal advisor in environmental and urban issues of various organizations, companies and government agencies. He was the representative designated by the state of Guanajuato to the National Council for Sustainable Development in the federal government of Mexico. He spent six years at the Bureau of the Federal Attorney of Environmental Protection (PROFEPA), verifying compliance with environmental legislation in the state of Guanajuato.
