Mr. Medardo Cadena Mosquera is professor at the National Polytechnic School over 30 years. In that capacity he has conducted research worked in different areas of engineering. He has served as an engineer planning CONELEC CELEC EP, as General Manager, Deputy Project Management and Planning Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy Electricity. Currently he is the Chairman of the Utility Quito SA and Deputy Minister of Energy.
