Mr. Moses H. Ntlamelle

Senior Programme Officer, Energy, Southern African Development Community (SADC) Secretariat

Mr. Ntlamelle is Senior Programme Officer on Energy of SADC, with responsibility to oversee and coordinate energy programmes and projects that ensure the availability of sufficient, reliable, integrated and cost efficient energy infrastructure and services that support and sustain regional economic and social development, trade and investments for poverty reduction in the SADC Region. Prior to joining SADC, Mr. Ntlamelle has been responsible as Principal Energy Officer and Head of Project Monitoring Division for formulation of energy policy, development and management of renewable energy and projects at the Department of Energy in Lesotho. He was instrumental in coordinating the reform and restructuring of the power sector, which resulted in the establishment of Electricity regulator and Rural Electrification Unit in Lesotho. Mr. Ntlamelle has worked for more than 15 years in the energy sector and holds a Master of Science in Energy Studies.
