Dr. Warinthorn Songkasiri has been working in the environmental and renewable energy field with a strong focus on energy and resource efficiency for food- and agro-industries, as well as biogas technology. She is the director of the Biochemical Engineering and Systems Biology Research Group (IBEG), National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) in Thailand. Additionally, she is the Vice President of the Research Strategy of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).
