Dr. Su-il Kang has been working at the GIST International Environmental Research Institute since 2004. He has supported GIST-UN University’s joint research on environmental and climate change related research, training, and international cooperation for developing countries. From May 2016, the Climate Technology Cooperation Team of Korea’s National Designated Entity (NDE), has been cooperating with CTCN and the UNFCCC in negotiating global climate technology policies.
